Happiness is the security of knowing that you are safe in the greater reality. In order not to fall prey to the trivialities of an illusory life, you need to be able to see that “greater” thing. In order to be able to follow that “greater” thing, you need to have faith in it. To have faith in it, you need some knowledge. To have that knowledge requires a study of both theory and practice.
